Just would like to say that Mike and Hodge heating and Air are awesome!! I had issue they other day with some wiring going to my capacitor and Mike was out there that same day. of course I was expecting $$$$, but it turned out to more than reasonable. I was having what I thought was a heat/air unit problem. Mega company (NOT Hodge) who sold/installed system some time back were called in only because of 10 yr warranty on parts still in effect. Hodge has been great each time I have called on them.
While these repairs always seem expensive, Hodge has always
arrived quickly, has been professional, and worked with me
on solutions. At one point, it was suggested I needed a custom
coil for my heat pump because it is not a production part
anymore. After some research and finding the coil was still intact
I suggested we replace the relay that is typically the problem.
The relay replacement did the trick and it saved about $500
on a whole custom made coil assembly. The other repairs have
held up great over time!
