The capacitor on our AC unit went out on a 99 degree day, of course. Hodges had a technician out to our house the next day. Mark and his assistant were in and out within 30 minutes and we have cool air now!! So professional and efficient.

We have used Hodge for the past 10 years for all of our HVAC needs. They are always honest, responsive, courteous, and every technician has always gone above and beyond. 1000 times over will recommend them for all HVAC needs.

If I could give them ten stars, I would. They came to fix a problem with my condensation line which had been created by the installation done by another firm. This was during the recent extremely cold weather. Due to the original faulty installation, the problem occurred again. They quickly had technicians back to fix and ultimately mitigate the installation issue created by another HVAC contractor. They did this without trying to take advantage of the situation. Honesty, integrity and above and beyond great service!

We had an issue with our furnace, I called yesterday and the technician came promptly today. He is respectful, courteous and knowledgeable, fixed the problem, I highly recommend Hodge Heating, you won’t be disappointed!

Just would like to say that Mike and Hodge heating and Air are awesome!! I had issue they other day with some wiring going to my capacitor and Mike was out there that same day. of course I was expecting $$$$, but it turned out to more than reasonable. Mike is personable and very knowledgeable. He had me up and running in no time. Read reviews, do your homework. Find the best contractors in the area. As far as HVAC goes, I will continue to use Hodge Heating and Air. They really are the best people for the job.

Excellent and timely service with great advice.

I was having what I thought was a heat/air unit problem. Mega company (NOT Hodge) who sold/installed system some time back were called in only because of 10 yr warranty on parts still in effect. The mega co. tech explained away what I thought was a problem as not a problem at all. Problem only got worse. So why ramble on about some other company? After I called, Mike from Hodge arrived in designated time frame, walked in, listened to same explanation from me given to other co., checked a few things and in less than 10 mins had nailed exactly what the problem was and cause of such! System now running smoothly and correctly like it should! Very highly recommend these folks!

These guys are amazing!! AC went out Sunday (heat index 105) called Monday morning. Austin (polite and professional) was here by 3:00 and AC was working by 3:30!! Trustworthy and reasonable. Hodge Heating and Air is the only HVAC company we have ever used. Our AC went out and the owner Jeff put us in the lineup for service. They even fit us in when one of their technicians had a brief opening. Peyton was our service specialist and was kind, respectful and did some great problem solving. We are so thankful to know we can always rely on Hodge!

Hodges is amazing!! We've been using them for 9 years to service our A/C systems. Always on time, professional and will never charge you more than what is needed. Austin is the best A/C system person you can find. Even came this past Saturday to repair our A/C that went down on Friday. Highly recommend them to anyone in the Lake Norman area!!

The only people I could find to come out in Christmas Eve! Austin found a temporary fix that got our heat back on until the parts came in the following week.

SO responsive from responding to my afterhours initial call to call confirming appointment for the day to call from Chase letting me know his exact arrival time! Chase was professional & did a wonderful job. We have used Hodge before; they are a good value & we trust them.

Called in in the afternoon, they had an opening and tech in the area. Tech was super knowledgeable and honest, finished so quickly. Replaced a part and checked the levels. The quickest work I've ever seen.

Arrived at appointed time, quick and accurate diagnosis of the problem and came in under quoted amount. Also used Hodge a couple years ago for home renovation. Quality job.

Hodge has been great each time I have called on them.
While these repairs always seem expensive, Hodge has always
arrived quickly, has been professional, and worked with me
on solutions. At one point, it was suggested I needed a custom
coil for my heat pump because it is not a production part
anymore. After some research and finding the coil was still intact
I suggested we replace the relay that is typically the problem.
The relay replacement did the trick and it saved about $500
on a whole custom made coil assembly. The other repairs have
held up great over time!

Hodge employees are always courteous and prompt, always fixing the problem with a reasonable price.

Hodges saved us money by fixing one of our units instead of replacing it like another company tried to get us to do. We’re very quick and responsive to our calls. Very professional and clean which we appreciated. Will use them from now on.

AC went out at 7pm, called and spoke to a tech who asked good questions. The next morning they called me and scheduled a visit for the same day and my AC was back up by the afternoon.

Had A/C fan go out after returning from vacation in June. Austin arrived and resolved problem quickly. Needed help on 2 more occasions and Austin provided outstanding service and remedied the issues quickly and affordably.
