Hodge has been great each time I have called on them.While these repairs always seem expensive, Hodge has alwaysarrived quickly, has been professional, and worked with meon solutions. At one point, it was suggested I needed a customcoil for my heat pump because it is not a production partanymore. After some research and finding the coil was still intactI suggested we replace the relay that is typically the problem.The relay replacement did the trick and it saved about $500on a whole custom made coil assembly. The other repairs haveheld up great over time!

Hodge is my go-to for anything related to HVAC... I’ve used them 3 times over the past 14 months... initially, they were the ONLY firm I could find that would go into my crawl space to reconnect an air duct. Since then, they also vented a bathroom exhaust to the outside, and cleared a clogged water pipe to my gas furnace... in every case, Hodge was at my house quickly, did the work, and charged a reasonable price for their services. It’s good to know I don’t have to shop for anything HVAC-related... these guys are good and fairly priced.

Our A/C stopped working during extreme heat, and Hodge fit us in that afternoon despite their busy schedule. Hodge Heating & Air was a breath of cool air on the hottest day of the summer when my air conditioner stopped working. I'd had work done with another company who promised to return but they didn't answer my calls. I called Hodge and was delighted to hear a live voice the first time I called. Even though it was a busy day for then too a technician was available. He was even earlier than expected and politely explained what the potential problems were. He came back the next day and fixed the issue at a fraction of the cost. I wholeheartedly endorse this family owned company. Service like they provide is rare these days.

I was out of town and had heat failure,, I Googled heat and air repair and was lucky to be directed to Hodge. The Technician by the name of Austin responded by phone and was at our house immediately. Austin was able to make a temporary repair at that time. He ordered the correct parts and made the final repair in just a day or two. The cost of both repairs were well within reason! So they other day I came home and noticed that my house had started getting hot. The vents were all blowing air, but it didn't feel cold. It was around 4:30 when I called Hodge HVAC. The owner answered the call and told me that someone would be contacting me within the hour. Sure enough, Mike (the owner's son) called me and said that he was gonna be to my house within 15 minutes. As soon as he arrived we started talking and I was kind of worried that I was going to need a new unit since mine is a little old $$$$. As we walked over to the unit, Mike immediately told me that my compressor wasn't running. So he simply changed the capacitor and then I asked him "what happens next?" and then he said "go inside and enjoy the AC." It was all taken care of within about an hour or so. Now I will use Hodge for any of my HVAC needs. Thanks again!! Paul

My upstairs AC unit went out last night. I was fearing it would be a several hundred or maybe even thousand dollar repair bill. I called Hodges abbey recommendation of a friend who would use them and they were out within two hours of me calling. The technician who came over, Chase, took a look at the unit in the attic and then at the unit outside and quickly determined that it was probably just a bad solenoid. He checked the solenoid and it was in fact the problem. He quickly replaced it with a new one that he had in the truck. He then offered to check the downstairs unit solenoid just to make sure that one was in good shape (it was). He also checked the system pressures to make sure those were in line as well.In all he was done in about half an hour and the total bill was extremely fair and much less than I had feared. I will definitely be calling Hodges for all of my future AC needs.

We have had problems with our AC unit every year for the past 4 years, and out of necessity been using morris jenkins, but the prices they were charging were so outrageous we decided to look elsewhere. I used Hodges Heating and Air for a repair on my AC when my freon was low. The service tech (Matt) who came out was great and remedied my issue.Subsequently, I had an issue with my heating. Again, a tech came out and was able to fix the issue at no cost and was able to supply a quote for a new system. The price was fair and I was happy with the service.I replaced the whole system today at a very fair price. Again, Matt and team came out to do the install. They were courteous and professional and made effort to clean up after themselves (took shoes off in house, blanket down under installation area, etc.)I am VERY happy with Hodges and would recommend them to my friends and neighbors.
